Leadership Changes

We're announcing some changes in our leadership structure:

• TwitchAlaska Leadership: tehKluma has gracefully transitioned from Team Midnite Leadership to take on the role of leadership at TwitchAlaska. We're grateful for tehKluma's contributions and excited to see the Alaska community grow under their guidance!
• New England Community Leadership: We're excited to announce that MarekCodex and HTFHappy have taken on the leadership roles for our New England Community. Their transition to community leadership marks an important step in supporting our growing New England creator base.
• New Team Leadership: We're thrilled to welcome WhovianWarrior, CEO of Neon Destiny Networks, as our new Team Leader. Their extensive experience in network infrastructure and community leadership, combined with their vision for growth, will help drive Team Midnite's continued success.

Team Structure Updates

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible experience for our community, we're making some adjustments to our team structure:

• Community Management: We are currently restructuring our Community Management position to better serve our growing communities. We'll be opening applications for this role soon, with an enhanced focus on active community engagement and regional support. Stay tuned for the job posting if you're passionate about community building!

Website Improvements

Our development team has been hard at work implementing new features:

• Regional Community Support: Enhanced infrastructure for our Alaska and New England communities, including dedicated support channels and community-specific resources.
• Privacy Updates: Improved data management for regional communities, with dedicated contact points for Alaska (alaska@teammidnite.tv) and New England (newengland@teammidnite.tv).
• Merch Integration: Our merchandise store is now seamlessly integrated into the main navigation, making it easier to access Team Midnite gear!

• Brand New Creators Page – showcase and connect with our VTuber/PNGTuber friendly creators.
• Advanced Reporting System – easily report issues or get help with our streamlined tools.
• Email Server Restored – Members must request a new email if you had one previously. Premier members get a free email! See your dashboard for details. Giveaway for emails will resume soon!
• Services – previously down website services are back online!
• Game Servers & MidniteRP – We're still working hard to bring these back. Stay tuned for updates!
