1.2 New England Community
Team Midnite also supports the New England streaming community, encompassing creators from Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. This includes:
- Information collected from New England-based streamers, including Twitch usernames, Discord handles, state of residence, and other relevant community data.
- Community engagement data, including participation in New England-specific events and initiatives.

1.3 Hawaii Community
Team Midnite supports the Hawaii and Polynesian streaming community, connecting creators from across the islands and the Pacific. This includes:

- Community engagement data, including participation in Hawaii/Polynesian-specific events and initiatives.

All application, review, and team data (including for jobs, main team, ladies, premier, and graphics designer roles) is processed with the latest SSL security protocols. We are committed to continually updating our systems to ensure your data remains protected.
Team Midnite is hosted on NeonDestiny Servers, which acts as a trusted data processor. All user data stored on NeonDestiny Servers is protected by SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures. - Members must use email services in accordance with our terms of service and professional standards
- Upon membership termination, email services will be suspended within 48 hours
- Members have a 48-hour grace period to backup data and update contact information with third parties
- Team Midnite is not responsible for data loss after the 48-hour grace period
- Members must not use email services for unauthorized or illegal activities
