Team Midnite provides branded email services exclusively to Premier team members as a privilege. The following terms apply:

Email services are a privilege granted to Premier team members in good standing
Team Midnite branded email addresses remain the property of Team Midnite
Members must use email services in accordance with our terms of service and professional standards
Upon membership termination, email services will be suspended within 48 hours
Members have a 48-hour grace period to backup data and update contact information with third parties
Team Midnite is not responsible for data loss after the 48-hour grace period
Members must not use email services for unauthorized or illegal activities
