Community Manager
As the Community Manager for Team Midnite, you will be the heartbeat of our creator community! You'll foster a positive, inclusive, and energizing environment for our members across Discord, Twitch, and social platforms. You'll organize community events, support streamers, act as a primary bridge between creators and leadership, and help guide team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and maintain a welcoming, supportive creator atmosphere
- Organize team game nights, community challenges, watch parties, and Discord events
- Act as an active liaison between community members, creators, and team leadership
- Enforce community guidelines, mediate conflicts, and support the moderation team
- Encourage cross-channel collaboration, raiding, and hype across Discord and Twitch
- Gather community feedback and propose new initiatives for creator empowerment
Requirements & Qualities:
- Deep passion for community building, gaming, and creator culture
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience moderating or leading online communities or gaming teams
- Calm, approachable, fair, and positive demeanor
- Active familiarity with Discord, Twitch, and live-streaming tools
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative on community projects
Creative Lead
As the Creative Lead for Team Midnite, you will shape and elevate the entire visual and artistic identity of our brand! You will lead design projects, guide multimedia assets (stream overlays, branding kits, event graphics, social media visuals, video packages), and collaborate with our graphic designers, video editors, and creators to deliver high-impact aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and evolve Team Midnite's visual identity, brand guidelines, and creative standards
- Direct the creation of high-quality stream overlays, alert graphics, emotes, banners, and event promo packages
- Collaborate with staff, streamers, and designers on creative briefs and visual rollouts
- Review and provide creative feedback on team graphic design and video edits
- Design standout promotional graphics for charity streams, team announcements, and tournaments
- Maintain an organized repository of team brand assets, logos, and media kits
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, or digital media
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or Figma)
- Understanding of live-streaming visual culture (Twitch/YouTube/Kick overlays, alerts, emotes)
- Creative vision with keen attention to typography, color theory, and layout aesthetics
- Excellent communication and constructive feedback skills
- Ability to manage design deadlines and collaborate with a creative team
Discord & Stream Moderator
Discord & Stream Moderators are essential to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for Team Midnite's community—both in our Discord server and across official Twitch streams.
- Monitor chat activity in Discord and Twitch streams to enforce community guidelines
- Address and de-escalate conflicts or disruptive behavior quickly and professionally
- Support streamers and staff during live events, raids, and community activities
- Assist with onboarding new members and answering community questions
Graphics Designer
Create custom overlays, panels, emotes, sub badges, banners, and thumbnails for team projects and member streamers.
