Team Midnite supports and manages regional streaming communities, including:

• Alaska Community: A dedicated space for Alaskan streamers and content creators.
• New England Community: A collaborative hub for streamers from the six New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut), led by community leaders HTFHappy and MarekCodex.

Members of these regional communities are subject to both Team Midnite's general terms and any specific guidelines established for their respective communities.

2.2 Content Guidelines

• All content must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Content must be family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences
• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• No unauthorized use of copyrighted material

2.3 Member Responsibilities

• Maintain professional conduct during streams and community interactions
• Regular streaming schedule as agreed upon joining
• Participation in team events and activities
• Proper representation of Team Midnite brand

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and other materials on this website are the property of Team Midnite unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission.

Some features and application processes (such as graphics designer applications) may require sharing your information with trusted third parties for review and processing.
