Welcome to TeamMidnite.tv, a part of the Neon Destiny Network. These updated terms reflect our commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and innovative streaming community.
Membership Requirements
- Age Restriction: Minimum age raised to 16 years to join Team Midnite.
- Platform Compliance: Members must adhere to guidelines of all streaming platforms we operate on, including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Authentic Growth: Prohibition on using AI-generated content, viewbots, or any artificial means to inflate metrics.
- Community Participation: Active engagement required in our official Discord server and other designated team platforms.
Code of Conduct
- Inclusivity: Promote a welcoming environment for all, regardless of background or identity.
- Content Guidelines: Ensure content aligns with platform guidelines and our team's values, including responsible gaming practices.
- Collaboration: Engage positively with fellow team members and participate in cross-platform collaborations.
- VTuber/PNGTuber Friendly: We welcome and support VTubers and PNGTubers as valued members of our community.
Digital Rights and Content Ownership
- Intellectual Property: Content created under the Team Midnite brand remains property of Neon Destiny Network, with clearly defined usage rights for creators.
- Revenue Sharing: Updated model accounting for multi-platform monetization, including streaming, merchandise, and sponsorships.
- NFTs and Digital Assets: Guidelines for creation and sale of team-related digital assets, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
Privacy and Data Protection
- GDPR and CCPA Compliance: Enhanced data protection measures in line with global privacy laws.
- Discord Reporting System: Information submitted through our reporting and appeals system is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for addressing reported issues.
- Job Applications: All volunteer position applications are processed securely and confidentially through our Discord webhook system.
- Minor Protection: Additional safeguards for content creators and viewers under 18.
Technology and Security
- Two-Factor Authentication: Mandatory for all team accounts to enhance security.
- Cybersecurity Training: Required annual training for all team members to protect against evolving online threats.
- AI and Automation: Guidelines for the use of AI tools in content creation and moderation.
- Webhook Security: Our Discord webhook system for reports and job applications uses secure transmission methods to protect your data.
Email Services (@teammidnite.tv)
- Usage: Team email accounts are for official business and approved personal branding.
- Data Retention: Clearer policies on data retention and member access post-departure.
- Encrypted Communication: Implementation of end-to-end encryption for sensitive team communications.
- Temporary Reporting System: While our web reporting system is down, reports should be emailed to whovianwarrior@teammidnite.tv and CC tehkluma@teammidnite.tv.
Dispute Resolution
- Mediation Process: Introduction of a formal mediation process for internal team conflicts.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Updated to reflect any changes in applicable state or international laws.
- Appeals Process: A structured appeals process is available for reported incidents through our Discord reporting system.
Amendments and Feedback
- TeamMidnite reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.
- Annual member feedback sessions implemented for continuous improvement of team policies.
