Must Agree to the Terms of Service before applying, or being part of the community events

Welcome to Team Midnite, a part of the Neon Destiny Network. By joining our Twitch team, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Age Restriction: You must be 15 years of age or older to join Team Midnite.
Twitch Compliance: All members must strictly adhere to Twitch's Rules and Terms of Service.
Authentic Growth: The use of viewer bots, follower bots, or any artificial means to inflate metrics is strictly prohibited.
Community Participation: Active membership in our official Discord server is mandatory.

Respect: Treat all team members, viewers, and the broader Twitch community with respect and courtesy.
Content Guidelines: Ensure your content aligns with Twitch's community guidelines and our team's values.
Collaboration: Engage positively with fellow team members and support each other's growth.

Rule Violations: Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from Team Midnite.
Appeal Process: Removed members may appeal the decision through our designated channels.

State Laws: This agreement complies with applicable laws in California.
Neon Destiny Network: As part of the Neon Destiny Network, members agree to uphold its additional guidelines and standards.

Intellectual Property: All content created under the Team Midnite brand remains the property of Neon Destiny Network.
Revenue Sharing: Members agree to the team's revenue sharing model, which will be provided separately.
Confidentiality: Members must maintain confidentiality regarding team strategies and internal communications.
Representation: Members agree to represent Team Midnite professionally in all public appearances and online interactions.
Termination: Neon Destiny Network reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion.

Team Midnite reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
